Ich weiß es leider nicht, wann meine Bestellung da sein wird
Ich habe das Fahrrad noch nicht erhalten
Lieferung war gut, Bike machte einen guten Eindruck. Nur leider ist die Federung total schlecht . Viel zu hart eingestellt? Es gibt ein lautes Poltern bei jeder kleinen Unebenheit. Entweder Rückgabe oder Werkstatt
Anfrage zur Stornierung innerhalb von 1h bekommen, es soll nicht angenommen werden mit Lieferkosten + 10% Einlagerungskosten o.ä. Beim auspacken war ich überzeugt das das Fahrrad echt klasse ist. Jetzt kommt das aber es ist nicht TÜV geeignet ohne ABE, Mail wurde geschrieben ob sie Auskunft geben könnten. Bis heute keine Reaktion, jetzt bleibt man sitzen mit einem Fahrrad was man nur „privat oder Off-road“ nutzen kann. Danke
