Riding'times offers free shipping for all e-scooter and e-bike orders in Germany. Our deliveries are mainly handled by UPS and ROHLIG SUUS and are subject to the operations of these partner delivery companies. We are currently unable to ship directly to PO boxes or packing stations.
We deliver to the following EU countries free of charge: Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Hungary, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, France, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Netherlands, Spain, Finland, Croatia, Italy, Sweden, Slovenia, Greece, Ireland , Romania
2. Delivery planning
If you order an item through our website, we can ship your order within 1-2 business days. After your shipment is picked up by UPS, we will contact you with shipping information and a tracking number.
Delivery to the address you provide is 2-6 business days. All delivery dates provided by the Riding Times team are estimates.

3. Order & shipment tracking
To track the status of your order through ridert.com, please register for an official account through our website. This will allow you to save information about your current and past orders and receive direct updates on your shipments and tracking status. Once you receive your tracking number from the Riding'times team, you can enter it on our website to track the delivery status.
